Chicago- Town House

This townhome had the bones of a great modern space. The challenge was to transform it into a livable home for a soon-to-be growing family on a shoestring budget. Our Clients had a strong design aesthetic that guided the team from the beginning as the plan took shape. The plans included new layouts on every floor to maximize flow and functionality - carving out a master ensuite bathroom and kids bathroom on the third floor. The inevitable soffits throughout the space were repurposed to house custom ceiling-hung bookcases and hidden art lighting coves.
